iPromix Network’s policy pertains to refunds for software and membership services that it offers.

The iPromix Network is the organization that manages iPromix Membership.

To ensure that you are satisfied with your iPromix membership subscription, we offer a money-back guarantee of one hundred percent within fourteen business days of the date of purchase.

This includes the affiliate package, the marketer package, and the VIP package.

A 72-hour pending transaction and cancellation policy apply to all purchases. After 72 hours, you can submit requests to the iPromix accounting department and seller immediately, as long as you make them within 14 days of the purchase date.

We designed the membership to provide you with the most cutting-edge affiliate solutions possible, with the goal of ensuring your complete satisfaction.
Once we deliver the service to you, we cannot issue a refund due to the nature of digital products.

However, we will consider granting a refund that meets certain internal criteria (e.g., duplicate order) and will grant refunds at our reasonable discretion.

Nothing herein grants an obligation by iPromix or sub-sellers to issue a refund. However, we will do everything possible to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!
